This course is the accepted by all major medical organizations and educational institutions in the USA as the gold standard for healthcare provider basic life support training. It includes training in CPR, use of an AED and airway obstruction removal for adults, children and infants. This course is geared for healthcare settings. Successful completion of a written and practical test are required for certification.
A manual is available for student use before, during and after class.
The course end time is approximate and changes from class to class depending on the number of students and whether first aid is part of the class.
